DUB$ University is the internal employee training, operations, accountability, and performance platform operated by DUB$ Brunch Bar. This Privacy Policy explains how the platform handles information, with specific detail about our Google Business Profile integration.

Who This Applies To

This policy covers the DUB$ University app and its public pages. Most features require an authorized team-member login. Internal employee and operational data is governed separately under team-member agreements and is not described in detail here.

Google Business Profile Integration

DUB$ University connects to Google Business Profile to help our team monitor and respond to guest feedback for DUB$ Brunch Bar's own authorized business locations.

• Our locations only. We access Google Business Profile data only for DUB$ Brunch Bar's own authorized business locations — never for locations we do not own or operate.
• What we use it for. Review data may be retrieved and analyzed for guest-feedback monitoring, identifying operational trends, recognizing team members, and supporting manager follow-up on guest experiences.
• Restricted access. Access to Google Business Profile data within DUB$ University is limited to authorized internal users (such as managers and administrators) and is not available to the public.
• Secure credentials. OAuth credentials and tokens are stored securely and are not displayed to users, shared, or published.
• No sale, no advertising. Google user data is not sold and is not used for advertising purposes.
• Data minimization. Access is limited to what is required for these internal operational purposes.

Google API Scope & Limited Use

Our use of Google API data received through this integration complies with Google's API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We request only the scopes necessary to read business review information for our own locations, and we do not transfer or disclose that data to third parties except as required to provide the internal features described here.

Data Retention & Control

Review information is retained only as long as needed for the operational purposes described above. Authorized DUB$ administrators manage the Google Business Profile connection and may disconnect it at any time, after which no new Google data is retrieved through the integration.

Your Choices

This is an internal business platform. If you are a DUB$ team member with questions about your data, contact your DUB$ manager. Guests with questions about a review they posted can manage their review directly through Google.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
